THORPE PARK prides itself on creating the ultimate guest experience. Our rides, entertainment, food and products can only take credit for part of that, so it's our people that really make the difference!

The majority of roles at THORPE PARK are customer-facing and on the front line - and these are the people who really bring the experience to life. Our front-line employees genuinely love working and interacting with the public, talking to customers and adding that fun element to the whole park experience.

The majority of these roles are on fixed-term contracts from February to November. Each year, we have many opportunities across a huge range of departments, so whether you fancy launching our guests from 0 to 80 mph in 2.3 seconds on Stealth, delighting hungry and thirsty customers at one of our food outlets, developing your sales skills in our commercial teams or keeping the park safe in our security team, we'll have something that's right up your street.

We also offer a wide range of working options, so whether you are looking to work weekends, school holidays or full time, talk to us - we've plenty of flexibility.

Our front-line operational departments also provide opportunities for those with a flair for people management. Team Leader and Management roles carry responsibility for ensuring our customer-facing teams deliver truly outstanding customer service. The majority of these roles are on a permanent basis, although each season we also appoint a number of fixed-term Team Leaders to help with the challenge of running our huge operation.
